The service was extremely courteous and helpful, although they were a bit too pushy with tour packages. The location was excellent due to its proximity to the metro station, making travel around the city very convenient. The dining options were decent, catering to various tastes. However, there was a slight issue with bugs in the bathroom, which was a downside.
